Introduction

This unit consists of three modules. Module One extends students' knowledge and skills in the area of pharmacology. Module Two provides students with underlying principles to enable them to effectively assess and manage acute presentations across the lifespan. Module Three promotes the ability to respond appropriately to a range of life threatening events within a rural/remote context.
