In this unit students will study the phases of cardiac rehabilitation nursing through exploration of contemporary literature and practices. Students will examine and apply educational, behavioural and counselling strategies required to assist individuals achieve optimal physical and psychosocial functional levels that contribute to independence and self-determination.
