Introduction

This subject will enable students to apply design thinking to business processes and strategy in a straightforward manner. The intent is to help firms and individuals use design across their business activities, identify opportunities, innovate and remain competitive to achieve sustainable growth. This includes changing work cultures to a design led approach including products and services to encourage business owners and employees to consider its application upon a wider audience.
