Question 1: Why can’t I see my course(s) on the MyLO page?
- Check that your unit has an online component and has been released at Current Units Online.
- If you have accessed your unit(s) during the semester, and it is no longer listed you should report the problem to your unit lecturer.
Note: If you have made changes to your enrolment status, your online components will be automatically updated.
Question 2: I have a course on the MyLO page that shouldn’t be there, can it be removed?
- It is standard practice for courses to be removed from their MyLO after each semester’s census date.
Notes:
1) If you still have access to units that you have withdrawn from after the census date, then send an email to mylo@utas.edu.au
2) Any students enrolled in any Faculty of Science and Engineering units will have the “Scientific Communications Skills” unit added to their MyLO.
Question 3: Why is MyLO not accepting my username and password?
- Your MyLO username and password is the same as your email username and password.
- Sometimes password access is slow, did you wait for a while or did you click elsewhere on the screen.
- Try to login again by restarting your browser and going back to the login page.
Note: When asking for help on this topic please specify if the problem is occurring at home, on a University lab computer or both.
