Clearing Your Browser Cache

Internet Explorer (Windows)
- Click Tools > Internet Options.
- Click the General tab.
- Proceed to the next steps (applicable to your browser version).
Internet Explorer 5 and 6
- In the Temporary Internet files section, click Delete Files. A confirmation dialog box appears.
- Check Delete all offline content and click OK to confirm.
- In the Temporary Internet files section, click Settings.
- Ensure the Every visit to the page option is checked and click OK to confirm.
- Click OK to save your changes and exit the Internet Options dialog box.
Internet Explorer 7
- In the Browsing history section, click Delete. A new dialog box appears.
- In the Temporary Internet Files section, click Delete files, and then click Yes to confirm.
- Once the files have been deleted, click Close to save your changes and return to the Internet Options dialog box.
- In the Browsing history section, click Settings.
- Ensure the Every time I visit the webpage option is selected, and then click OK to confirm.
- Click OK to save your changes and exit the Internet Options dialog box.
Mozilla Firefox (Windows)
- Logout of MyLO.
- Click on Tools and select Options.
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- Under Private Data, click the Clear Now button. The Clear Private Data window appears.
- Ensure that Cache and Cookies are ticked. (Don't tick any options that you do not want to clear.)
- Click the Clear Private Data Now button.
- Click OK.
- Quit Mozilla Firefox
- Restart Firefox. Thereafter try accessing MyLO.
Safari (MAC OS X)
- Logout of MyLO.
- Click on Safari and select Empty Cache.
- Click to select the Empty button.
- Click the Safari menu and select Preferences.
- On the Security tab click to select Show Cookies.
- Select Remove all.
- Select Done.
- Quit Safari
- Restart Safari. Thereafter try accessing MyLO.
Mozilla Firefox (MAC OS X)
- Logout of MyLO.
- Click on Firefox menu and select Preferences.
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- Under Private Data, click to select the "Clear Now..." button.
- Ensure that Cache and Cookies are ticked.
- Click to select the "Clear Private Data Now" button.
- Close the window.
- Quit Mozilla Firefox
- Restart Firefox. Thereafter try accessing MyLO.
