The CORES program - A Community Response to Eliminating Youth Suicide

Encountering Indonesia

Professor Barbara Hatley,
School of Asian Languages and Studies, UTAS Cradle Coast
Professor Barbara Hatley has been studying cultural developments in Indonesia for many years. In 2000 she came from Monash University to the University of Tasmania, where she teaches Indonesian language and culture and Asian Studies. She has just finished a book on social change and theatre performances in the Central Java region since the 1970s.
