Junction Arts FestivalThere will be no Arts Forum this week instead head off to the Junction Arts Festival. Junction is a festival in which contemporary art and music have broken out of the theatres, galleries and music venues and out into the streets, public spaces and extraordinary buildings that make Launceston so special. With its stunning mix of Georgian, Victorian and Art Deco architecture, beautiful 19th century English parks and Cataract Gorge at its doorstep, Launceston is the perfect setting to discover and participate in exciting art and music experiences that you’ll never forget. Now in its 6th year, previous festival experiences have included riding on the back of motorbikes, experiencing a performance inside a carwash, listening to live music in the back yards of amazing houses, travelling back in time to a secret late night speakeasy and even having a sauna in a public park

Thurs 8, Fri 9 6:30pm - 8:00pm
