Brief Project Overview
C-Domain is a research initiative that seeks to support research and teaching that aligns with UTAS’ strategic focus on the creative and cultural industries, and digital humanities, social sciences and creative arts.
A central goal of C-Domain is to support emerging collaborations between researchers in the creative and performing arts, humanities, social sciences and computing and information technology. Regular workshops, seed grant schemes and networking events will help to foster relationships and generate research and teaching outcomes.
Tasmania has a thriving cultural and creative sector and C-Domain will create connections between these practitioners and UTAS. These relationships will deliver research outcomes that support this increasingly significant sector of the Tasmanian economy.
