Leontodon (Asteraceae) 2:386 |
Leontodon
saxatilis (Hairy Hawkbit; formerly known as L. leysseri
or L. taraxacoides) is an
occasional weed in dry and sandy places in Tasmania. It resembles Taraxacum,
but the flowers and seeds are not beaked (i.e. they do not have a
long narrow section between the body of the ovary and the pappus).
