Sagina maritima (Caryophyllaceae) 1:73

Sagina maritima (Seashore Pearlwort) is an uncommon weed species found mostly near the coast. It is an erect annual that (unlike S. procumbens) never roots at the nodes. The leaves are narrow and tapering, but have little or no hair point. The flowers are small, with greenish sepals that are more conspicuous than the tiny white petals.
