Gonocarpus teucrioides (=Haloragis teucrioides; Haloragaceae) 1:191

Gonocarpus teucrioides is a common native herb. It is widespread and abundant in the understorey of forests. It is an erect perennial 20-35cm tall. The stems are 4-angled in cross section. The leaves are opposite, ovate about 7-22mm long and 3-13mm wide. Both the leaves and stems have stiff, spreading hairs. One  distinctive feature is the green, leafy bracts in the inflorescence.
