Eucalyptus johnstonii (Myrtaceae) 1:219

Eucalyptus johnstonii is a member of the yellow gum group of species (with E. subcrenulata and E. vernicosa), and has the thick, dark green leaves and yellow-green bark of this group. It grows as a straight tree, and occurs in south-eastern Tasmania, especially near Hobart (e.g. Mt Wellington). The main distinguishing feature from E. subcrenulata is the larger capsules.
