dives is a rare native grass. It is a large tussock-forming
species (up to 2m tall) known only from the Snug Tiers region. It
has flat leaves up to 50cm long. The inflorescence is a large, loose
panicle. The spikelets are 3-4 flowered, have glumes shorter than
the florets and lack awns. |
