Ranunculus sardous
is an uncommon weed of wet places (e.g. ditches)
especially in the northwest. It is a more or less erect, medium
sized annual herb (to 50cm tall), with trifoliate or irregularly
lobed, hairy leaves. The flowers are abundant, pale golden yellow,
about 2cm wide.
