Asperula
subsimplex is a small, more or less aquatic herb. It is a rare
native plant. It has very narrow leaves 2-5mm long, which are in
whorls of four (excepts sometimes immediately below branches, when
they can be in whorls of six). It has fragrant, cream flowers in the
clusters of 1-3 in the upper leaf axils. |
