Grammitis (Grammitidaceae)

 

Tasmania has six native species of Gleichenia (finger ferns). These all have narrow, finger like leaves, and grow from the understorey of rainforests to the alpine zone. The sporangia are in (often elliptical) sori on the underside of the leaf Most species are epiphytic or grow on rocks.
