The School of Aquaculture is the only dedicated School for the study of fish and shellfish cultivation in Australia and as such has extensive aquarium facilities used for both research and teaching.

The range of species kept within the Aquaculture Centre is a reflection of the diverse nature of the research projects carried out at the School.
