Control Functions
There are two major types of control functions - system and non-system.
System controls revolve around general user FMIS access and the
ability for different users to create or update records whether
they be purchase orders, debtors invoices, invoice payments or
journals or IDR's.
Non-system controls include manually reviewing signing authorities,
use of valid accounts, valid use of funds transfers between/within
funds categories and general review of valid processing of journals
and IDR's.
