Travel Profile Form

As you may be aware, UTAS will commence trading with two new travel agents from 1 January 2012; Andrew Jones Travel and Travel Studio. Part of the implementation process is for UTAS to provide travel profiles for all UTAS travellers.

The following link will take you to a travel profile form which has been set up by the University to record your travel profile details so they can be forwarded to the new travel agents so they can load them into their travel management systems. When you click on the link below, a web form will open displaying a number of fields that you are required to complete before submitting the form. Please note that a number of the fields are mandatory and these are clearly marked with a red asterisk. 

The information that we are requesting is designed to establish a basic travel profile so the travel agents are able to identify and quickly assist you when making your first travel booking. All of your details are kept confidential, and the information you provide is will be used by the travel agents for the purpose of booking and managing your travel, as well as occasional emails regarding travel agent updates or travel agent hosted UTAS events.
