Information on accommodation options is provided to assist staff to identify and access suitable accommodation from a range of properties at the best available rate. It is recommended the rate be checked against Government and Web based rates to ensure they are competitive. The rates are based on information supplied to the University of Tasmania by the accommodation providers at the time.
While UTAS has made efforts to ensure that the information is accurate, we advise that staff are responsible for making their own assessment of the information/rate and the suitability of the accommodation. UTAS must be mentioned at time of booking and UTAS ID presented on arrival.
Launceston - Tasmania
Country Club Tasmania is located ten minutes from the Launceston CBD and approximately 20 minutes drive from the UTAS Newnham Campus. The Federal Group of Properties has preferred accommodation rates for UTAS staff.
