Distinguishing features: The common name of this species is "Horizontal" because of the habit of branches growing up, then bending over and sprouting new branches to form a tangled mess. Common rainforest tree and shrub, dominant on very poor sites. The leaves are opposite, bluntly toothed, about 2 - 5 cm long.
