Distinguishing Features: Alpine or subalpine undershrub with straplike leaves 15 - 60 mm long with parellel veins and sheathing bases, and a conspicuous inflorescence. Often has very little above ground stem. There is a much larger wet forest taxon (possibly a new species) in the south west which is vegetatively very similar to Richea pandanifolia. | ||||
