EPACRIDACEAE Pentachondra pumila


Distinguishing Features: Very common mat forming heath of alpine areas. The leaves are green on both surfaces. It has entire leaves, and conspicuous white flowers and red fruit. It is similar in habit to Cyathodes dealbata, but which has white undersides to the leaves.
