Distinguishing features: "Leatherwood". Common rainforest tree. Leaves in opposite pairs, about 2.5 - 5 cm long, oblong, without teeth, with sticky yellow gunk covering the buds in the axils and shoot apices. Bigger in every way than E. milliganii. Conspicuous and distinctively smelling when in flower.
