Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Students & Education)
The Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Students and Education) is a member of the senior executive team and is responsible for providing University-wide strategic and operational leadership in teaching and learning, internationalisation, international education, the student experience, social inclusion, pathways and transition programs, and academic and personal support programs for students.
The Deputy Vice-Chancellor's role includes the development and implementation of strategies and programs that position UTAS as a leader in teaching and learning, the development and coordination of the University's Strategic Plan for Learning and Teaching, the development and review of policy, teaching and learning quality assurance, and oversight of the University Learning and Teaching, Student Experience, and Internationalisation Committees, all of which report to Academic Senate.
