Accommodation
The conference hotel is the Metropole, 44 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy, which is five minutes walk from the conference venue on St Patrick’s campus.
A number of different apartments are available with a range of rates. Full breakfast at $15.50 is also available.

* The
prices cited above are for single rooms within either a one-bedroom
or a two-bedroom apartment. Most attendees will take the option of a single
room within a two-bedroom apartment and the convenors will allocate two
guests to each apartment (unless told otherwise). The rooms within the
two-bedroom apartments are quite separate.
* The majority of these rooms have double beds or two single-beds. Those conference attendees who are willing to share should simply halve the stated price. There is no extra cost for an additional guest.
* Those conference attendees who wish to have an entire apartment of their own should simply double the stated price.
* All of the apartments have separate bedrooms and bathrooms, and the Corporate and Delux apartments have two bathrooms.
* Hotel facilities include air-conditioning in all apartments, guest laundry, outdoor heated pool, gymnasium, free undercover car parking, restaurant and bar, security boxes and meeting room facilities.
