TILT provides leadership and support for the advancement of teaching and learning at UTAS. The clients of TILT are all UTAS staff and students.

TILT performs the following roles in pursuit of this mission:

• Contributes to development of policy, standards & services and quality assurance
• Facilitates the provision of workshops and programs
• Advice and consultancy
• Contribution to scholarship
• Manages University-level projects
• Explores and evaluates learning technologies with staff
• Collaborates with other providers.
