To assist your smooth transition to our Faculty, we are offering commencing undergraduate and graduate entry students, exciting and informative introductory activities at Orientation to gain an insight to university life.

Orientation provides the opportunity to meet Faculty staff and current/past students. You will become familiar with your course and be provided with vital information to enhance your university experience and your personal and academic development. You will also be introduced to our online learning site, My Learning Online, commonly known as MyLO.

Attending orientation is an invaluable experience. All students are invited to attend one of our face to face orientations, whether you intend to study on-campus, externally or through mixed mode.

MyLO Online Orientation

From February 7^th every student will be able to access a Faculty of Education specific online orientation on MyLO, which will be available to access again and again throughout the year. To access this site:

• Go to the Faculty of Education webpage at http://www.utas.edu.au/educ

• Click on the Student Resources link

• Click on the Learning Online MyLO link

• Click on the Log in to MyLO link

• Enter your user name and password which you will appear on your enrolment statement (your user name is ‘the characters before the @ symbol in your UTAS email address’ and your password is ‘your UTAS email password’)

• The MyLO home screen will display. Select ‘2012 Full Year – Online Orientation’
