The idea for the cook book has come from the new Head of the School of Education, Professor Derek Colquhoun. There was a similar initiative at the University of Hull in the UK, raising money for Children in Need.
A charity has not yet been decided on yet so suggestions are welcome.
The Smith Family’s Learning for Life program is currently a favourite choice for the charity as it supports disadvantaged children and young people all through their education years.
