The University of Tasmania’s School of Education changed its pre-service teaching degrees for students enrolling from 2010.
The School of Education reviewed and developed the new program to bring it into line with the UTAS Common Course Structure Project AITSL requirements.
As a result of this, there will be a transition period for those pre-service teachers who enrolled prior to 2010.

The dates of Professional Experience differ depending on the course and unit you are enrolled in. Please check the Professional Experience Calendar for dates.
NOTE: Variation to these dates will only be granted in exceptional circumstances
There are a number of steps you need to take to ensure that the administration of your Professional Experience runs smoothly.
