Why did you decide to become a teacher?
Love the HPE field and always thought that it would be something I would like to do.
Why did you decide to do honours?
I wanted to push myself to a higher potential and experience the process of a research project. I also thought it would offer greater job experiences later on.
Why did you choose UTAS?
I am from Hobart and it made sense to stay in Tasmania.
Highlights of your honours study/experience so far?
Achieving things I didn't think I could.
Any advice for future honours students?
Plan, plan plan, read, read, read and DON'T LEAVE ANYTHING TO THE LAST MINUTE!!!!
What are your plans after you graduate with your honours degree?
I have a full-time job at a prestigious Hobart school for next year and I plan to go onto a PhD eventually.
