The Nature Culture Network was established in July 2006, to bring together researchers from different disciplines whose work is relevant to the study of the connections and interplay between culture, on the one hand, and nature and the environment on the other.

The Nature Culture Network is hosted by the Faculty of Arts at the University of Tasmania.
