Welcome to the Employee Web Kiosk facility. This site provides access to the Kiosk and should be bookmarked as the only entry point, as the URL (web address) of the Kiosk login page may need to be changed from time to time. This page also provides information updates relating to the Kiosk.
Implementation of eRecruitment allows job seekers to apply for vacancies online via the UTAS Jobs website - giving them the ability to lodge their application using an online application form, and also attach supporting documents (Covering letter, CV, Selection Criteria, etc.).
Current UTAS staff are also able to apply for any vacancies through the Employee Web Kiosk. If you are a UTAS employee then you should use the Web Kiosk for lodging your job application. The benefit of this is the form will pre-populate with most of your details saving you a lot of time in filling it out. You can access a list of vacancies within Web Kiosk by using the Current Vacancies button on the top toolbar.
Please note:
Internal Only vacancies only appear in the Employee Web Kiosk.
External vacancies appear in both the Employee Web Kiosk and the Jobs & Careers @ UTAS site
The Web Kiosk upgrade project is underway and currently in the testing phase.
