The HRMS and Web Kiosk were successfully upgraded on Monday 18 November.
The Employee Web Kiosk will be upgraded to a new version on 18 November 2013 as part of the upgrade to Version 13 of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
The Web Kiosk upgrade project is underway and currently in the testing phase.
Web Kiosk time sheets have recently been introduced to the Faculty of Arts
Christmas leave bookings have been processed
Timesheets for UTAS casual employees are currently being trialled in Web Kiosk
Two new reports: Team Leave Balances and Excessive Leave Balances have been added to Team Leader reports in Web Kiosk
Leave Codes in Kiosk now only display leave types to which you are (or were previously) entitled
Christmas Leave bookings have been processed
Online leave approvals introduced to more schools across the university, including The Faculty of Science, Engineering & Technolgy
