Step 1   Book your Test Online 24/7

• Hotmail addresses are not permitted.
• Do not upload your photo on your online application
• Special Needs candidates to email the Administrator to request a special needs exam and attach appropriate medical evidence.                
  

Step 2    Make your Payment

• Online; or
• at the UTAS cashier; or
• by cheque/money order made payable to UTAS

Important:  Make your payment after you apply online

                   

Step 3   Provide your Documents* within 3 working days:

Hobart Exams:  

Post your documents to:  IELTS - UTAS, Locked Bag 1358, Launceston,  7250

OR

drop them any time into the secure IELTS Post Box located near the IELTS office at the English Language Centre in Hobart.  Some Hobart applications will now be processed in Launceston, but the exam venue will be in Hobart.

* Documents Required:

• 2 x passport sized photos (photo must be taken in last 6 months, neutral expression, no smiling
• Receipt or cheque/money order
• Copy of the photo page of your passport
• Completed IELTS Declaration
• Your application will be confirmed within 72 hours and will not be confirmed until we receive all of the above documents.
