Teaching Interests

Danielle teaches creative writing in the School of English, Journalism and European Languages. She contributes to the first year program, and co-ordinates the second and third year units HEA230 Writing Short Fiction and HEA340 Writing Tasmania. Danielle teaches a creative writing unit at Honours level, as well as supervising creative writing projects at Honours and Masters levels. She also contributes to the broader English program, lecturing and tutoring in units that focus on contemporary Australian writing, literature and narrative, popular fiction, place and environment, and the figure of the author.
