Request for Commonwealth Assistance Form (CAF)

It is a government requirement that you complete a Request for Commonwealth Assistance form (CAF) if you want to take up a Commonwealth Supported place. If you use a HECS-Help Loan and defer your fees, you will need to include your Tax File Number. If you pay your fees up-front or have a full scholarship you must still complete a CAF but you don’t need to include your Tax-File Number. Important: Failure to complete a CAF by the advised date can result in cancellation of your enrolment. You can complete the form on the eStudentCentre, look for eCAF on the left hand menu.

Please Complete your CAF at the time you enrol/add your units.
