If the candidate is paying us directly, payment is required in advance. Candidates must show the invigilator their receipt to be permitted to sit the exam. The start of an exam will be delayed so a candidate can make payment.

Institutions will be billed at the end of each examination period.

University of Tasmania offers this service on a fee-for-service basis.

Morning examination sessions commence at 9am and afternoon sessions at 1pm. All start times are standardised to these times. Reading time, if permitted, will begin at this time. Students are requested to arrive at the designated venue 15 minutes prior to the start of their exam.

Candidates must bring their student card and or other photographic ID to all sessions. Please bring any other documentation with you as directed by your home institution.

Variation of commencement is available only for larger bookings, by negotiation.

The University does not require confirmation of intention to attend an examination.

The University requires 24 hours notice of cancellation or non-attendance, which can be done by phone or email. Where 24 hours or more notice is given, no fee will be charged. Where less than 24 hours or no notice is given, a cancellation fee will be levied.

Examination materials from the home institution must be clearly labelled and include detailed instructions for the invigilator. The University of Tasmania will aim to undertake all instructions.

The home institution must provide return envelopes or courier satchels/boxes for the return of completed scripts and other materials. UTAS will pass any costs of returning materials to the home institution or candidate.
