Financial Services is looking to develop a user group that can assist us to monitor the performance of the UTAS preferred travel agents.
Members of the user group will be required to respond to a brief monthly survey that will ask users to provide feedback on services provided by the travel agents. The results of the survey will be used to benchmark the performance of the travel agents in areas the University deems to be critical to service delivery including:
- Quotation and booking response times
- Consultant knowledge and skill
- Competitiveness of pricing
- Professionalism
It will be important that we are able to maintain a consistent user group so we can benchmark how well the travel agents are performing over the period of the contract.
