The Foundation Board of Directors is responsible for the overall management of the Foundation and for setting its priorities. A Director may be appointed by the Board when a position becomes vacant. Such an appointment is subject to University Council consent and affirmation by the Foundation Governors at the next AGM. Governors may also nominate to fill a vacant position on the Board.
