Each year dinners are hosted in Launceston, Hobart and Cradle Coast to ensure that all our supporters and students across Tasmania have the opportunity to attend these celebratory events which applaud generosity, excellence and opportunity.
The occasions welcome our new scholarship students for the year and acknowledge the generous support of our scholarship donors. Over 700 UTAS Alumni, friends, staff and scholars attend these events.
A highlight of these events is the stories kindly shared by our scholarship recipients that emphasise the opportunities made available through the generous gifts from our community. Another highlight is the presentation of the Distinguished Alumni and Foundation Graduate awards through which the Foundation recognises the outstanding achievements of UTAS graduates.
