Contracting/Consultancy Services
I provide contracting and consultancy services in (since 2008):
- Wetlands habitat mapping, classification and inventory development
- Conservation planning and management of wetland ecosystems
- Environmental law and policy development
- Developing environmental communication products, including GIS maps
- Developing and facilitating environmental education
Research Interests
My research interests can be summarised as follows:
- Wetlands mapping, inventory and communication products
- Using ecosystem based approaches to manage wetlands
- Environmental communication and ecological literacy
- Systems thinking in environmental management
- Linking natural capital conservation to economic localisation
