Please also refer to the School’s payroll calendar.  This calendar details the timeframe required to submit casual pay claims to the School in order to process the paperwork in time for the next scheduled payroll.  Casual Pay Claims should be submitted to Trish McKay in Room 316 (Geography Building) or emailed electronically to Patricia.McKay@utas.edu.au  Please remember to sign your claim – unsigned claims cannot be processed.  All claims must detail the casual authority number which relates to the contract you have signed prior to commencing work.  Please see Paulene Harrowby in Room 317 (Geography Building) to sign your contract.

Please note that casual Research Assistants come under the Professional Staff Agreement, therefore your claim form will be a General Staff Casual Claim Form opposed to Academic Staff Casual Claim form.  Hard copy claim forms are available in the Mail Room ( Geography Building).
