The School’s postgraduate students host a gathering from around 5-7pm most Fridays in the Common Room on Level 1 of the Geography Building on the Hobart Campus.
It is a great opportunity for students, staff and honorary research associates to mix and mingle. Catering includes non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages and light snacks, and attendees pay a nominal sum to support the cost of provisions.
The School has a licence to undertake this regular event and adheres to guidelines for the responsible serving of alcohol.
