Teaching Interests

Eva has designed and taught a wide range of units, including:

- German Language Skills at all levels
- German for Tourism and business
- The Golden Age of German Cinema
- Post-1945 German Film
- Fiction in Divided Germany
- The Twentieth Century German Novel
- From Realism to naturalism
- Classical German Literature
- The German Age of Chivalry

She has supervised dissertations and theses at Hons and PhD levels on various topics including:
Erich Fried, Elias Canetti, Goethe, Wolfgang Borchert, Elfriede Jelinek, E.T.A. Hoffmann and Gottfried von Straßburg
