These materials have been made available by the Legal Office for the assistance of Project Officers at Asset Management Services. They consist of three alternative template contract cover sheets for use with UTAS project contracts when contracting with a sole trader, a partnership or a registered company. There are also guidelines to assist Project Managers regarding contracts generally and the use of the templates.
