The UTAS Finance Policy and Procedures Manual, Para 10.7, "Tender Board", provides that all purchases in excess of $100,000 must be by way of tender. The Australian Government Solicitor has drafted a template entitled "RFT Template" [Word 695KB]. The template contains standard terms and conditions for use by UTAS staff when conducting a tender and incorporates the standard short form UTAS contract for professional services. The Australian Government Solicitor has also drafted the Probity Guidelines [Word 436KB] for use by UTAS staff to assist them in the conduct of tenders and as a reference for members of tender boards.
