The General Purchasing Guidelines, Petty Cash Custodian Guidelines, Business Card Guidelines and Invoice Payment Guidelines have been approved.

 Financial Services have been developing a comprehensive suite of policies and guidelines. A number of finance guidelines have recently been approved, as follows:  

•        The General Purchasing Guidelines provide information regarding the general provisions for purchasing for the University;

•        The Petty Cash Custodian Guidelines provide information regarding the maintenance of petty cash floats;

•         The Business Card Guidelines address the use of University business cards to facilitate the purchase of goods and services;

•        The Invoice Payment Guidelines provide information regarding the general provisions for processing invoices and making payments.
