Following consultation with staff, unions and other stakeholders, the amended Harassment, Bullying and Discrimination Policy and Harassment, Bullying and Discrimination Procedure have been approved by the A/g Vice-Chancellor. Amendments primarily relate to:

•            the inclusion of new ‘bullying’ provisions; and
  
•            legislative change (i.e. inclusion of references to the Australian Human Rights Commission Act 1986 [Cth]).
