The checklist below will assist you to find the most appropriate source of help. Use this checklist in conjunction with the Procedures for Student Complaints. The What to do? Who to ask? column below outlines your first point of contact to seek assistance. The Relevant Rule or Policy column outlines where you can find and download the formal complaints processes should you wish to proceed with a formal complaint or seek a review of a decision.
